4. Supporting documents
Prepare the applicable records for separate verification by Geneva.
Companies should prepare incorporation or commercial registration records, a trade license if applicable, and proof of the representative’s identity and authority. Geneva may verify incorporation through an official registry.
Individuals should prepare a valid Emirates ID or passport and arrange an in-person or virtual meeting with Geneva before supply.
Prepare evidence of business premises where applicable, VAT registration if registered, and evidence of material origin and ownership or authority to sell.
If supplies exceeded AED 375,000 in the previous 12 months or are expected to exceed it in the next 12 months, prepare written account confirmation from an authorised UAE bank.
5. Supplier declaration
I confirm that the information provided is accurate, that the transactions have a genuine commercial purpose, and that the supplier owns the material or has authority to sell it. I agree to notify Geneva of material changes to the information supplied.
